Had the chance to meet some amazing woman in the Jharabandho village. They’ve had quite a journey, but are so joyful and full of life.
Their village used to get water from contaminated water source. The people recognized the impact of dirty water on the community, and the woman decided to do something really bold that would change everything.
Kids being Kids in Orissa, India - a village that used to be marked by sickness is now healthy because of the generosity of people and the impact that clean water has on a community. www.charitywater.org
Super fun adventuring around and laughing together with the kids in India this past year with our team at charity: water. Love that kids like these two are able to grow up living happy and healthy lives because they no longer have to drink contaminated water. www.charitywater.org
This was one of the first villages that we visited while I was in India with our charity: water team. It’s amazing to me how one photograph from a moment can trigger such vivid memories of the people and places we visited.
It’s been a really long time since I’ve shared my SLR photos on any platform. But this past summer I had the opportunity to travel to India with our team at charity: water to capture stories and meet the people that our partners are bringing clean and safe drinking water to via our September Campaign.
So over the next few weeks I’ll be leaking a few photos and stories out over my tumblr blog. Hope you enjoy! Cheers!
Really excited about the latest update and having the ability to share special moments with people via Instagram Direct. Really makes the community feel more intimate and empowered to have more meaningful interaction with people. It’s about people and sharing life together because #PeopleMatter. And then there are moments like this with @twheat, that just have to be shared with the world. Love ya Tyson! 🌹 (at Gary’s Loft)
Brushing up on some fashion pro-tips from the legendary @andyjohnjoseph tonight.
The @charitywater charity: ball is a week from tomorrow (TOMORROW!), and I have to pick something up this week to wear.
What do y’all think I should wear 👔? I thought about wearing my Bear Coat 🐻. But only if @pauloctavious wears his Poler Bear Coat.
Not super concerned about what I’m going to wear, I’m just thrilled to be a part of this incredible event again. Last year we helped bring clean water to over 80,000 people!
If your in NYC on the 16th, you should totally come out! Super pumped to have friends flying in from all over the world! Details at charitywater.org/charityball. (at Bellocq)
